Push back cuticle and trim dead skin around the nail and hangnails. Cut small areas at a time making sure not to cut live skin.Care: Wipe clean after each use. If Nipper joint sticks, put a drop of oil in joint and work back and forth. If discoloration appears, it is probably the oil oxidizing. Add more oil and gently rub off.
